Standing on the Word Of God

0:01 Hello everybody, welcome was again to deep this audio. Yes, and this is episode 17 of deep teens of his word. Yes, we're still on his word and we'll be done very soon definitely, but don't be informed that it's over. Follow us, follow us, true and true. OK, so deep teens of his word episode 17. So today we're going to very interesting topic standing on the word of God. When you stand, will you use the shield of faith or the sort of the spirit? OK, I'll explain later. 1:40 So we are still looking at giftings of God's Word. Now when we talk about standing on the Word of God, the shield of faith or the sword of the spirit, an item, what comes to mind? It is not somewhere you get to position and you can give your life to Christ positionally.

3:01 So you can see someone that's a believer, but still yet not understanding the person can believing in a lot of things. So he does not deny the person's salvation that the person have given his life to Christ. But then when we speak about standing on the word of God is an active process. So being not being in the world full of battles full of many things. The intention of the enemy is to push you away from that stand. And that's why when you begin to read the book of Ephesians like 6 and 16 and 17, you will see that the Bible is telling us how we can stand by fighting the oppositions trying to take us away from our stand.

So how can one separate the word that they see all the verses of the Scripture and now be able to take it for themselves. They say out of the context it will receive because of this scripture. So as I was thinking of that, I would say so is it that God was speaking to this 70 because if you want to read the Bible, read it with an open heart. That's the only way you can learn. So what Many times what God said to one man, you have said it to all. If God is blessing your neighbor, he's also saying it to you. So most of the time what we have need to do is to position our hearts to receive that statement. And that's that's that's instruction that blessing from the Lord and one of the ways to do it is by meditating on the word of God.

7:08 When you read the book of Joshua chapter one verse, he said this book of the law, you shall meditate on it day and night. God knowing that the only way you can obey this law, the only way this law even do an instruction can make sense. The only way it can be for you because the instruction was for Moses. Hope you know it was Moses the instruction was given to so somebody could say, oh, it's not for me because I was right there. But the way you can tap into the energy to be able the ability to do the instruction is by meditating on it.

7:40 So one of the ways is when you find a scripture that speaks directly to your situation, begin to meditate on it. And also at what the apostle added, they said they continued in the ministry of the world and prayer. So that's it. So if you can meditate on the Word of God and begin to pray it and speak it into your life, then you are eligible for being a participant of the promises in that scripture. Praise the Lord. 8:19 You just answered it right. I was like, see so how? Imagine you don't hear a word from God. I went through a trying situation. How can you actually get a word? And I say just find one and make it on. It I I heard a story of a a woman. I think this was one of Bishop Oyed, the person, he was telling the story of a woman that the leg was to be amputated, amputated or something like that. So the woman started looking for scriptures and she found the scripture. I think the scripture is in Psalms that said that the Lord did not let my feet to be cut off.

8:54 In fact, the literal meaning, it doesn't really mean that God will not let your feet to because of. I think what it means is that God did not allow your journey to be stopped. I think that's what it means. But the lady picked it and decided to believe it that way and began to pray on it, believing that word. The case. The scenario changed, diabetes gone diabetic, food toss has started healing and everything got better. I don't know if it's other healing, but the point is that diabetes went away and you know what it means.

9:22 So the whole point is that the Word of God, you can pick it and no matter where it is in the scripture, you can begin to speak it. It can take one year and take two years. It can take 3 weeks. How do you unlock this books, this scripture, this word so it can become a promise for you? We're not. It's like actually don't go and pick. And those such real needs made it.

Can a person ever make any mistake like that? Looks like someone that doesn't need a lot of God does. OK now understanding that we are human God, even Adam could make a mistake even though he missed God every cool of the day. Are you getting me? And that mistake is why we are here this podcast. 12:54 We'll be eating mango or something. But the point is that the Bible says, I think book of Psalms, that thy word is a lamp unto my feet and the light unto my part. What the word of the Lord does is that it doesn't compel you to take decision. It's such as a guiding light. So The thing is that yes, there's a place for growth as you are still growing. You can make mistakes, but when you are consistently reading, abiding in Him through His Word, you, you will always see, you will always, you will not take the decisions out of blindness decision.

13:34 You take it with your clear eye. So if you're making mistake, it's with your clear eye. That's the same way you tell somebody take Christ and the person with his clear eye deserves to take it once. So what the word of the Lord provides for us is a guiding light. So if you want to take his way, you can, but if he choose not, you'll fall into errors. So it is, let me, I don't want to use the word, almost impossible. If you decide to follow, the word will always provide lights and it's now your choice to either follow the lights or follow the other way.

14:08 So God presents life and death to us and encourages us to speak life. This is God himself. So it still doesn't force it. So that's what the word of the Lord does.
